Finite Element Engineering Analysis and Calculation Expertise 

Using advanced FEA tools and experimental calculations, we analyze and optimize designs by refining the strength, mass, stiffness, and vibration performance of products to meet the most stringent performance requirements. Our expertise includes both Pre-processing and Post-processing of Finite Element Analysis/Simulation.  

We are proficient in various FEA software, including:

Our approach includes building FEA-friendly 3D model geometries from scratch or simplifying existing models by removing insignificant features—crucial for reducing computing time and complexity. In the past, we’ve developed macros using CAD Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to streamline geometry simplification.
